Privacy Policy

Voucher Keeper organizes purchase records, deadline reminders, and after-sales materials. The current version stores and processes imported images, PDFs, OCR text, records, reminders, and after-sales matters on your device by default. It does not use remote AI, advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or a developer-operated backend.

Permissions

Photos and Files are accessed only after you choose an item. The camera is used only when you open the document scanner. Notifications are requested only when you enable and save a deadline reminder. Denying a permission does not prevent access to existing records.

Storage and deletion

Original materials are stored in the app-managed directory with iOS file protection. Deleting a voucher removes its app-managed files and related reminders. CloudKit is not enabled in the current version, so uninstalling the app may remove data stored only on the device.

Export and sharing

Generated packages may contain order numbers, amounts, merchant information, and text you entered. Materials leave the app only when you use the system share sheet and choose a recipient.

In-app purchases

Payments, refunds, and purchase processing are handled by Apple. The app reads Apple-signed transaction status to determine entitlements and does not store payment-card information. The current version has no auto-renewable subscription.
